Supply Chain Elements
We source fabrics/PU/leather, lining, zippers, buckles, wheels/handles, and packaging from qualified suppliers, then cut, stitch/assemble, and finish in our factory. QC includes incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection before shipment. We keep PO/invoices, inspection records, and logistics documents for traceability. Goods are stored in our warehouse and shipped via approved forwarders/carriers (sea/air/express).
Capital Financing Terms for Buyers
This is a standard goods trading relationship. We do not accept buyer equity investment or other investment arrangements. Cooperation is governed only by POs/sales contracts and commercial terms (price, payment, delivery, warranty/returns and dispute resolution).
